How long does my order take to ship?

We try to keep our most popular products in stock, however, a majority of our products are custom made when you place your order. Orders may take 2-3 weeks for production and we ship via USPS to the United States (excluding AK and HI). Delivery time is 2-7 days depending on your state.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

What is your return policy? 

We make every custom board with quality wood and craftsmanship. We want you to love your board. Each board is custom made when you place your order and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or damaged items.

Please note when working with real wood variance is normal. Final appearance may not match the exact pictures of this website and can vary due to many factors.
